Happy Birthday to our one and only Dom!

Today we celebrate not just one of the brilliant founders of Brave, but a true pillar of our community. Dom is the definition of fierce—he’s sassy, sharp, and unapologetically himself, with a heart big enough to hold all of us. Whether he’s lighting up the room with his energy, guiding us with his wisdom (👀), or reading us just enough to keep us humble, we wouldn’t be who we are without him.

Thank you, Dom, for being the heartbeat of Brave. You inspire us to be bold, kind, honest, and ourselves—every damn day.

BRAVE TRIALS 2024 – Thank You, Bravers!

This year’s Brave Trials were truly unforgettable! It wasn’t just a race; it was an opportunity for all of us to come together, strengthen friendships, and push our limits. Each of you showed up not to compete against each other but to challenge yourselves, step out of your comfort zone, and celebrate fitness and a healthy lifestyle. That’s what Brave Fitness is all about!

A huge thank you to our incredible judges, our talented photographer Madelayne Cañas High Lens Media, and every single Braver who participated and made this day possible. Your energy, determination, and positive spirit are what make this community so special. The photos we captured are simply amazing, and we hope they inspire you as much as they inspire us.
