Dharana betyder "koncentration" och är en av de yogans åtta stöttepelare. Dharana Yoga har sin hemvist i Malmö, men anordnar event och yogaresor även i utlandet.

This weekend's Yoga Retreat is themed with the Four Elements. Tonight's Hatha Yoga class will focus on the Earth. We will be given a chance to reflect about our place on this earth and who we are and what we stand for. The asana practice will be strengthening and stabilizing with a lot of grounding poses, connecting to the earth down on our yoga mats.
