Finally Spring has arrived and the sun is starting to appear in Stockholm again. I'm so excited to indulge in hot weather (gosh I've missed it) ☀️🐣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

However, I will miss days like this - having a delicious gluten free breakfast in front of an open fire while it's snowing outside, served in our hotel room at 🔥🏡❄️I highly recommend staying here, all of their gluten free options were delicious! Then even made fresh gluten free pasta...

Sushi is one of my favourite options for a take-away gluten free dinner 🍣 We always make sure we have GF soy sauce or tamari in our pantry, as restaurants don’t always have this. Plus we love to cook with GF soy sauce 😋😍 Whats one of your pantry staples and what’s your go to take-away dinner?

Home cooking is simply the best 💫 Last weekend, I purchased The Beauty Chef cookbook by Carla Oates, which has sooo many incredible gluten-free recipes 😍🙌🏼 So last weeks goal was to make all breakfasts, lunches and dinners from recipes in this book. And oh my goodness, we had such a delicious week 💯🤤 This was one of the recipes we tried - cod ceviche with sweet potato and crispy chickpeas 🐟🌿🍠 I adapted this recipe a little, and added coconut milk to the ceviche mixture. If you need some gluten free cooking inspiration, I highly recommend checking out and the recipes books they’ve published 😀🌟

Another great gluten free find whilst we were in Madrid 🇪🇸🤤 Takos Al Pastor is a Mexican restaurant in the centre of Madrid that has tacos for only 1€ 🌮 They have a gluten free menu, which states what contains gluten, what may have traces and what tacos are completely gluten free! We couldn’t decide as they all sounded delicious, so we got 2 of each of the completely gluten free tacos 😍 Theres is always a long line, but it is sooo worth the wait 💯

I’ve just spent the past 2 weeks in Madrid and HAD to share this amazing restaurant with all of you 🍜 Okashi Sandra is a cute little Japanese restaurant where the entire menu is gluten free and dairy free 😍 I haven’t had Ramen, Chicken Karaage or Gyozas in such a long time as its hard to find a restaurant with gluten free options (and pretty much impossible). I’ve also never found a Japanese resturant that’s entirely gluten free 🇯🇵🌾 Like a little kid in a candy store and acting as if this would be my last meal, we over ordered with excitement and ate the most delicious food 🤤 If you’re going to Madrid or are planning to visit in the future, I 100% recommend visiting this awesome restaurant 💯🇪🇸

Now this is summer to me ☀️🌴 A delicious charcuterie board with an assortment of cured meats and fresh buffalo mozzarella 😍 Paired with a glass of red wine (or 2 😏), this is a match made in heaven 🍷 If you’ve never had fresh buffalo mozzarella you must try it ASAP! What’s your favourite summer meal?
