Our team consists of 75 employees, but we are close to a 50:50 gender split and represent 18 different nationalities (with 40% of our employees being non-Swedes).

What a year it has been! 🥂

🌎 We celebrated over 400k assessed candidates

📘 We broadened our product suite by acquiring DevSkills and welcomed their brilliant founder, Anton Fenske to the team. It's a huge step towards a more effective hiring market, as it will make hiring top engineers so much easier.

👨 Christoffer Norman, one of our earliest supporters, after 5 years as an investor, became our first COO, joining the team full-time to help take the company to its full potential.

🎧 We started the How We Hire podcast, where Linnea Bywall together with Tove Hernlund interviewed some of the most inspiring and talented HR professionals (shoutout to Hung Lee, Max Moen, Anna Holmqvist, Stephanie Darvill, Per Thunberg, Fabian Åhlin, Kajsa Asplund, Leonam Espindola, Silje Berntsen Bogen, Eilin Gillesen, Milena Karlsson, and Anne Margrethe Mannerfelt .
