A little walk through the forest in between a garden and a castle is a lovely cosy community health space called Sjöhuset. We have massage, yoga, breathwork, Qi Gong, energetic healing and creative workshops. Welcome in for a healing session this winter and to our little shop where we have beautiful gifts for yourself and loved ones. I am offering herbal tea for immune support, hand painted gift cards & tags, beautiful body oil and natural perfume rollers with almond oil & lovely floral or citrus essential oils. I use these specially blended oils in massage treatments which you can book on Boka Direkt or contact me. Gift Vouchers also available and can be used before Christmas or anytime next year. Glad Advent & the 1st of December ~ we put the star up, the balcony lights, lit the candle, opened the first door of the advent calendar, watched the first Julkalendern, and celebrated our guinea pig Peanut’s 2nd birthday! Feeling festive and ready to hibernate soon… counting the days! 🙏🏻✨

Another lovely day massaging at . It may have been -2 and snowy outside but we had a cosy room, a heated table, candles and steamed hand towels! Was like a mini spa in Sundbyberg. Eleni gifted me a pink apron that matched my painting. I think I will aim for full pink in this space. Welcome for massage bookings before Christmas every Friday in Sundbyberg and Tues/Thurs evenings in Blackeberg. Gift vouchers also available for last minute Christmas presents. 🙏🏻💖✨

Our lovely community quilt is finished and hanging up in the heart of Sjöhuset. We were a group of diverse women who each created a patch to be pieced together in our unique creation. Everyone is an individual and has a unique expression of their soul. Textiles is therapy. We all have a story to share. Nobody is the same. Nobody is perfect. In all our imperfections we are beautiful, just as in nature. We grow together. We unite together. Creation. 🙏🏻✨
