I recorded this vid the other day when the energies and guidance was coming through so clearly that my first spiritual mission for this new year is to offer a limited number of unique online 1-hour one-on-one New Year Transition Sessions leading up to the start of the year of the Fire Horse on February 18.

This unique ascension session is tailored to your personal needs of balancing and alignment for the transition period that we are moving through at the beginning of 2026.

About 30 minutes of the session is a conversation between you and Lovisa where you can ask questions and receive guidance from your Teams of Light. The other half of the session consists of a personal meditation journey to support you in this period of transition in between the previous and the new era, as we move deeper into the higher frequencies of 2026.

Reflecting on the year that's gone by, giving thanks and finding peace in this transition period instead of rushing into the new ... ✨️ Go gently if you need to, lovely souls. 🙏❤️

I realised today that some of the things that have been brought up to the surface for us now to be healed can only do so when we are fully immersed into the light of the new year. ☀️ Allow yourself time to heal, to find your feet again, it may take a few extra months into 2026 but you will get there eventually, don't you worry! 💜

Happy Solstice lovely Souls, from the Heart of the North and from my heart to yours! 🥰❄️☀️❤️

I was reminded only last night how I anchor energies and hold space for the sacred area that I live in, acting as a Guardian for it. Uppsala, Heart of the North - portal to the Cosmic Heart. It is the heart chakra for all souls of the Nordic countries.

And I realised how that affects me and my personal bodies and fields as well. They can mimic the collective energy of all those souls ... and oh boy have they done so recently.

If you are still clearing and healing for the collective, know that the choice is yours to let that go, to release that sense of responsibility for good. If healing is needed in the process, invite it in. 🙏💜❄️ We cannot and should not carry burdens for others. Give back that which is not yours to hold.

Embrace Sovereignty, beloved. Relax and let go of all worries and concerns. All is well, rest in stillness and the inner knowing that the golden future is bright. ✨️
