You might have seen that I have been pretty absent on social media.
After three years of running Nordiska Örter full-time and being involved in side projects, I have reached a point where I simply need a 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸.
Not because things are going wrong, but because the constant mental charge that comes with entrepreneurship needs space to breathe, and I can finally afford to give it that space.
Right now, I actually feel 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲 with this pause, even if I can already see its direct impact with today's world around communication and social media.
𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗼𝗸𝗮𝘆.
This pause feels like an investment in continuation, to rethink my “why”, reconnect with my intentions.
I have come to realise that I now belong more to the team “𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁” than to the team “𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵, 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘀”, the one I used to be part of, and can easily fall back into when the cause feels bigger than myself.
The first may take longer, but it’s more sustainable. I am slowly learning to live with that, to feel more present, and to value a good life not only through work or growth. And you which team are you?
