Vacancy : Human Resource Assistant Urgently needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate
-Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
-At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, excel, words
-Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
-Knowledge of Immigration/Foreign Workers affairs will be an added advantage
-Must be a Computer Literate
-Able to work independently
-Possess Own Transport
-Must have strong leadership qualities
-Multitask, proactive & meticulous personnel

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

-To Monitor and be responsible for the renewal of the Permits for Foreign Employees and Expatriate with proper records and filing and ensure no delay in permit renewal submission.
-To handle all issues related to the Foreign Workers including Employment contracts, Contract Workers, Hostels,Transportation, Bank account, Medical check-ups and the general welfare of the foreign workers.
-To liase with Immigration Department, MYEG, Fomema/Clinics, Insurance of foreign workers.
-To arrange flight tickets for end contract of foreign workers.
-To assist any ad hoc & relevant matters in Human Resource Department.
