All students are always welcome to come back for free refresher classes.
I truly encourage everyone to return to practise, deepen, and continue learning. As I keep growing and learning, I also continue to bring new knowledge and insights into the course, so each refresher is never exactly the same.

#灵气

Starting over is not failure. It is often the soul’s way of guiding us back to what is more true, more aligned, and more alive within us.

In life, we may grieve what did not work, what ended, or what had to be released. That feeling is human. But spiritually, every ending can also be a threshold. Sometimes what falls away is not your path, but the illusion, attachment, or fear that kept you from your path.

To begin again requires courage.
To choose again requires awareness.
To trust again requires healing.

From a healing perspective, starting over teaches us that:
✨ endings are not always punishments, they can be redirections
✨ discomfort does not always mean something is wrong, sometimes it means transformation is happening
✨ the unknown is not empty, it is full of possibility
✨ every new chapter asks us to meet ourselves with greater honesty and deeper self-trust

When we stop resisting change, we begin to listen more clearly.
When we stop clinging to the old story, we make space for the new one to arrive.

So if you are in a season of rebuilding, rechoosing, or rediscovering yourself, be gentle with your heart. You are not behind. You are not broken. You may simply be in the sacred space between who you were and who you are becoming.

Your new story may carry more peace, more truth, more wisdom, and more of your real self than ever before.

Some seasons of life move slowly, and that does not mean you are failing.

Not everything is meant to happen quickly.
Some growth takes time.
Some healing takes patience.
Some clarity only comes when we keep going, even without having all the answers yet.

It is easy to look at other people and feel like we are behind.
But everyone is carrying different things, walking different paths, and learning different lessons.

So if things have been feeling slow lately, be kind to yourself.
Rest when you need to.
Take the next step when you can.
Trust that small steps still matter.

You do not need to rush your life.
You do not need to force your healing.
You just need to keep moving forward in a way that is honest for you. 🤍

能够陪伴你们走到这里，我真的很感动。
灵气三阶，不只是一个课程阶段的完成，更是一段更深层的自我修习、觉察与成长。一路走来，每一份学习、练习、体会与打开，都是你们送给自己很珍贵的礼物。

在这次课程中，我们不仅学习了西方灵气的系统，也深入学习了日本传统灵气的核心精神与实践方式。
透过两种传承脉络的理解与体验，我们更深地看见每个体系的独特价值，也学习如何融合两者的精髓，回到灵气最本质的智慧与修习之道。

我始终相信，真正深入灵气的学习，不只是掌握方法或技巧，而是愿意不断回到初心，在理解不同传承核心原则的过程中，学习两者最珍贵的部分，让自己在疗愈、修行与觉察上持续成长，更真实地走向一个更完整的灵气修习者之路。

Recently, I came across a newly published study in the European Journal of Oncology Nursing that felt meaningful to share.

The study explored Reiki as a supportive therapy for children with leukemia aged 5 to 7, and the findings suggested lower pain scores and improved quality of life in the Reiki group. Reiki was used as a complementary support alongside medical treatment, not as a replacement.

To me, this is heartening. It is encouraging to see Reiki being explored more seriously in clinical settings, and to witness growing recognition that gentle, compassionate support can have a meaningful place in healing journeys.

Of course, this is still one study, so it is important to remain grounded and not overclaim. But it does feel like a beautiful step forward for Reiki research and for the wider understanding of holistic support in healthcare.

At Heart Consciousness, I have always believed that Reiki is not about replacing medical care, but about offering comfort, peace, support, and deeper energetic care for the mind, body, and spirit.

Reiki 1 is the start of a deeper healing path, learning to connect with energy, heal yourself, raise awareness, and bring more peace and balance into your life.

Spiritual maturity is not about sounding wise.
It is not about speaking beautifully about light, love, peace, or healing.

Sometimes, true spiritual growth begins when we stop escaping ourselves.

It is the ability to sit with what is uncomfortable.
To face the grief you buried.
To notice the anger you keep spiritualising away.
To admit the fear, the jealousy, the sadness, the shame, the confusion.
And still stay present with yourself gently, honestly, and with compassion.

Many people want the light, but not everyone is willing to hold the truth that light reveals.

Real healing is not pretending to be high vibration all the time.
Real healing is having the courage to meet the parts of yourself that still hurt, still protect, still hide, and still long to be seen.

This is where spiritual maturity deepens.
Not in performance.
Not in spiritual language.
But in honesty, embodiment, and the willingness to remain with yourself without running.

Because the more truth you can hold,
the more whole you become.

灵性成熟，不是你多会说光，
不是你多会谈爱、谈疗愈、谈觉醒，
也不是你能说出多少动人的道理。

真正的成熟，
往往开始于你不再逃避自己。

你开始愿意安静地看见自己内在那些不想面对的部分。
那些委屈、愤怒、恐惧、嫉妒、羞愧、
那些你一直试图压下去、合理化、甚至用“我很好”去掩饰的感受。

很多人喜欢追求光，
却不一定愿意承接光照见出来的真相。

因为真相未必舒服。
它可能让你看见自己的脆弱，
看见自己未被疗愈的伤，
看见自己表面的平静底下，
其实藏着许多未被理解的情绪与需要。

而灵性真正的深度，
不在于你说得多漂亮，
不在于你看起来多平静、多高频、多懂得放下。

而在于当真相来到你面前时，
你是否有能力不逃、不演、不压抑，
诚实地与自己同在。

真正的修行，
不是只拥抱光明的一面，
而是当你看见自己的阴影时，
依然愿意温柔地留在原地，
不否定自己，不遗弃自己。

因为一个人能够承载多少真相，
就决定了他能够活出多少真实；
而一个人能够面对多少真实，
也决定了他的灵魂能走得多深、多稳。

愿我们追求的，
不只是看起来很有光，
而是真正有力量去面对自己，
接住自己，
然后一步一步，活成更完整的自己。

When life hurts, the mind often asks,
“Why is this happening to me?”

This is a very human response.
In clinical psychology, this can sometimes reflect a stress state where the brain is trying to search for danger, make sense of pain, and regain control. When we are overwhelmed, we may become caught in rumination, repeatedly looping around the pain, the unfairness, or the confusion. The nervous system stays activated, and instead of healing, we remain stuck in survival mode.

But inner work begins when we gently shift the question.

Not to deny the pain.
Not to spiritually bypass the wound.
Not to pretend everything happens for a reason before we have even allowed ourselves to grieve.

But to slowly ask:
“What is this experience showing me?”
“What pattern is asking to be seen?”
“What part of me needs care, safety, or healing?”

From a psychological perspective, this shift helps move us from helplessness into self-awareness.
From a spiritual perspective, it moves us from resistance into conscious relationship with the lesson, the wound, and the soul’s unfolding.

Sometimes the lesson is not “be stronger.”
Sometimes the lesson is:
to rest
to set boundaries
to stop abandoning yourself
to grieve what was lost
to reparent your inner child
to see the truth you kept avoiding
to choose differently

Healing is not about blaming yourself for your pain.
It is about becoming aware enough to transform your relationship with it.

So when something difficult arises, perhaps we can pause and ask with compassion:

Is this breaking me,
or is it revealing where healing wants to begin?

That is where inward journey starts.
That is where reflection becomes medicine.
That is where consciousness begins to heal.
