When you are diagnosed with an organ dysfunction you are not doomed! Organs can regenerate. It’s important to step outside the Allopathic box and seek treatments from a qualified acupuncturist and traditional Chinese medicine practitioner. At the same time focus on a healing diet rich in organic fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds, clean protein, legumes, and pure water. Move your body every day, even if it’s just walking. Get sunlight, in the morning if possible. Sleep at least 7 hours a night. Your organs can regenerate!

Recent News—CT Scans May Increase Cancer Risk
A new study published in JAMA Internal Medicine estimates that CT scans performed in the U.S. in 2023 could lead to about 103,000 future cancer cases due to radiation exposure. Researchers warn that CT-related cancers could make up 5% of all new cancer diagnoses annually. Common cancers linked to CT radiation include lung, colon, leukemia, and bladder cancer; in women, breast cancer was also significant. It is essential to avoid unnecessary scans. A previous investigation has found that up to one-third of CT scans may be unnecessary.

From article conclusions :

As MASLD was associated with higher mortality from a wide range of causes, earlier multidisciplinary care might be required to reduce the risk of excess mortality in patients with MASLD.

Recent News—Fatty Liver Disease Linked to Higher All-Cause Mortality Risk
A study from Sweden, which analyzed over 13,000 patients, has found that those with fatty liver disease have nearly twice the mortality rate of the general population. They face a significantly higher risk of death from liver disease (27 times higher) and liver cancer (35 times higher). However, the leading causes of death are cardiovascular disease and non-liver cancers. Additionally, they face an increased risk of dying from infections, respiratory diseases, and endocrine disorders.

Myth Busted: No Food “Burns” Fat! ❌🔥

Sorry to break it to you, but there’s no magic food that melts fat away! ❌🍍🌶️🧄
While pineapple, ginger, onions, celery, chilies, garlic, asparagus, and green tea are packed with nutrients and may support digestion or metabolism, they don’t directly burn fat.

The real key? 🔑 A balanced diet, regular exercise, and consistency! 💪🥗🏃‍♂️

🧬 A Twin Study Conclusion 🧬

🍔 Diets high in fast food, processed red meat, and sugar-sweetened beverages 🍭 and low in fruits and vegetables 🥦 are associated with accelerated biological aging 🧓 in young adulthood.

🔍 The clustering effect of lifestyle factors and genetic confounders should be considered when interpreting the findings. 🧠

Recent News—A Poor Diet May Accelerate Aging, Even in Young Adults
Biological aging does not always match chronological age, and faster biological aging is linked to higher disease and mortality risks. A recent study found that a diet low in vegetables and fruits and high in processed red meat, fast food, and sugary soft drinks accelerates biological aging, even in young adults. Other lifestyle factors, like exercise and smoking, may contribute, but a nutritious diet has an independent effect on biological aging.

🥦 Bad Diet, Faster Aging—Even for Young Adults! ⏳👶➡️👴

Did you know? Your biological age isn’t always the same as your actual age—and if your body ages faster, your risk of disease and early death increases! 🚨

A recent study reveals that a diet loaded with 🍔 fast food, 🥩 processed red meat, and 🥤 sugary drinks—but lacking fresh 🥦 fruits and veggies—can speed up aging at the cellular level. Even young adults aren’t spared! 😱

While exercise 🏃‍♂️ and habits like smoking 🚬 also play a role, science shows that a healthy diet 🥗 has a powerful, independent impact on slowing down aging. Want to stay youthful and strong? Start eating smarter today! 💪✨
