💆‍♀️Relieves tension in lower back
💆‍♀️Stretch hips and glutes
💆‍♀️Improves digestion

Life and death are two sides of the same coin, intertwined in an eternal dance. Life is a journey filled with moments of joy, challenges, love, and growth. It reminds us to cherish every second, to embrace every experience, and to make memories that will last beyond our time.

Death, though often feared, is a natural part of this journey. It is not an end but a transition, a reminder of the preciousness of our moments here. It teaches us to live fully, to love deeply, and to leave a positive impact on the world and the people we encounter.

In understanding the inevitability of death, we find a deeper appreciation for life. Let's honor those who have passed by living our lives with purpose and kindness, and by making the most of every day we are given.
