Healing happens in community.
Our Reiki Outreach Clinic brings together practitioners from all teachers and lineages, united by a shared purpose: to support seniors at Active Ageing Centres with presence, warmth, and care.
Started since Sep 2023, this is the impact so far.

Through Reiki, we create a space where everyone—seniors, volunteers, and practitioners—can feel seen, supported, and connected.
A heartfelt thank you to our volunteers for embodying wisdom, courage, and compassion in every session. Your presence makes a difference, and together, we are building a kinder, more connected community.
And big thank you also to our volunteer admin team who tirelessly managed behind the scenes
Private sessions are now open for booking!
Weekly on Tuesdays and one Saturday per month.

Big thanks to all the volunteers and participants of the Reiki Clinic Outreach at Joo Chiat CC. So great to see your interest and enthusiasm for Reiki.
Other ongoing Reiki Clinic Outreach initiatives include centres in Geylang East and Compassvale.
This is part of our initiative ingrained within our ethos. The aim is to bring reiki, movement, breath & mindfulness to under-served communities in a sustainable and compassionate way.

Big thank you to the Tapestries of Grief team for the honour and privilege to hold space for the participants of the annual festival.
We introduced the importance of somatic movement and mindfulness to a group of bereaved mothers, highlighting the deep connection between unprocessed emotions and how they can sit in our bodies. https://www.tapestriesofgrief2022.com/workshops
One participant with chronic back pain remarked that she had seen a range of professionals for her issue, with little respite. However in this session where she finally understood the psycho-somatic connection, and allowed her body a full deliberate rest, her pain reduced considerably. It was a lightbulb moment for her in navigating her grief journey.
Another participant started having a bout of hiccups midway through the movements. While we advised that this can potentially be part of the release from the body, there is understandably some mild anxiety when the hiccups refused to abate. During the practice, we offered options to honour the release, and to allow the hiccups to run its course, which it did, right at the very end. The participant felt a sense of lightness, and surprise at the mode of release, as she thought that she had already processed most of her grief.

"I have always thought that my body is injured. I learnt after the session that my body is just exhausted and tired from grieving. Attending this healing workshop taught me and made me realised that my body need to rest and to relax. Now I know how to stretch and relax my body to release the body tension."

This extends to the professionals that we invite to workshops, to the emotional investment options that adds credit to your purchases
We are housed in a quaint shophouse, thoughtfully curated to be a home away from home for all who enter. Classes & workshops are kept small to maximise learning experience.
We strive to build an inclusive community of like-minded individuals who are open enough to be vulnerable and yet strong enough to hold space for others
We have a whole range of talks & workshops to support your exploration and healing journey. These include yoga, dance, bodywork, functional conditioning, somatic release, energy therapy, meditation, essential oils and nutrition. This list will continually expand as more professionals come on board
There are weekly classes at regular time slots, one-off workshops, 4-week workshop series that build on each week's learnings. They are laid out on the schedule, questions are welcome if clarity is needed.
