So here it is! Some Q&As on Nutrition and Immunity. (Link below)

My friend, Tay Chin, has started an online talkshow, and plans to bring in people in the healthcare profession (for now) to answer questions.

With the recent COVID-19 issue, he decided to have me share a little on nutrition and our immunity.. With the help of some silliness and humour. 😋
