你知道吗？根据卫生部2023年的数据，在70岁以上的乐龄中，有大约16%患有骨质疏松症 😮

骨质疏松症也被称为“沉默的疾病”， 由于初期无明显症状，因此常常被人忽视。但随着病情的发展，患者不仅出现疼痛、脊柱变形，严重者会容易跌倒，发生骨折，导致生活质量下降。

中医认为“肾主骨”、“肝主筋”，其实脾胃的运化也会影响筋骨的强健哦！我们来了解中医如何看待骨质疏松症吧！🦴

Do you know? According to data from MOH in 2023, about 16% of seniors above the age of 70 suffer from osteoporosis. 😮

Osteoporosis is known as "The silent disease". As symptoms are not noticeable in the early stages, it is easily overlooked. However as the condition progresses, patients may suffer pains and spine deformities, and in more severe cases, become more prone to falls and fractures, which greatly affect their quality of life.

In TCM, the kidneys "govern the bones" and the liver "governs the ligaments". The spleen’s digestive functions also play a role in maintaining strong bones. Let’s take a look at how TCM understands osteoporosis! 🦴
