September was such a hectic month for me! Last Sat, I'm grateful to be invited by Success Together Worldwide as one of the speakers during our once-a-month Business School for Entrepreneurs 1, where I shared on the topic "Success is a Choice" - how I went from being a Childcare Biz Owner in the past, to a stay-at-home-Mum, and now through Nu Skin & Success Together, became a Mumpreneur specialising in wellness & slimming collaborating with a network of like-minded entrepreneurs 🥰
I'm also very happy to celebrate the success of my friends & biz partners Diana and Edwin too! Thanks Pauline for connecting us! Having experienced the benefits of our 90 days program, they too have started to help many of their friends slim down & have better health too & embarking on their wellness biz too!
Grateful for all the opportunities to be on stage as emcee or speaker. By constantly empowering and adding value to others, I realised at the end of the day, the one who gives gain the most , and truly, I'm the one that benefit and grow the most ! Thank you thank you thank you ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏

Omg ! I didn't know my friend Diana Tan had such a great transformation in a year!

From an XL to now M size, she said she has never imagined herself fitting into such a top before! After she gone through a 90 days program, she continued to slim down & shape up even more, having lost 5kg of pure body fat (body fat dropped by 6%) and 15cm off her waist !! She admitted she need to change her wardrobe!! Happy problem! 😆

One of the books that impacted my life was "Tuesdays with Morrie" . Watched the movie version and conducted workshops under the young caregivers program many yrs ago to youths.
Thanks to my dear hubby for getting the tickets to watch the Mandarin Theatre show 《最后14堂星期二的课》by Godot Theatre Company. Beauiful performance , funny and super touching... see my face in the photo and you can tell how much I cried .

Amazing transformation from Shauna Wong after her 90 days program ! Despite going for cruise holiday and all the birthday celebrations during the month of May, she still lost 5kg & 7.5cm off her waist in 3 months!!

Had a meeting this morning with some of the leaders and surprised to see both Lorna and myself wearing the same colour combination of lilac, black and white. And she's wearing a cropped top! Wow! & she's in her 50s! Totally doesn't look her age right!
I love how our new TRME 90 days program had transformed her! She lost 8.2kg, 5kg of body fats and 14cm off her waistline after 90 days despite having the CNY eating, and travelling to 3 different countries for a period of 30 days ! Wow. She can fit into smaller size clothes and no longer pants when she climbs stairs! Thank you Lorna for sharing her amazing transformation , you look amazing, aging backwards 😍

While I was away in Spain, so happy that a customer -turned-friend An Ying, shared her testimonial with the rest of our team. So, I wanted to try out the latest upgraded version of our 90 days program, TRME ! Today's the 14th day 😆 Lost less than 1 kg but I lost close to 2% body fat in a short 2 weeks! And I can see some changes in my body shape, flatter tummy! Quite pleased with my progress! Did not feel hungry at all, & to be honest, I only did minimal exercise i.e. walking 😆💪

Transformation starts in Me! Truly an awesome TRME discovery Expo and official launch of the TRME Centre Piece yesterday! So happy to see many friends & biz partners too. Most came down to do the complimentary health & beauty scans. So excited for my friend Lorna , who is one of the pilot testimonial sharers for the upgraded 90 days program a.k.a. TRME, she lost more than 10kg despite it being the Chinese New Year period and having travelled to 3 countries while on the program - she still achieved amazing results!
