Flabby to Fit Jason I lost 20kg in 6 months and maintain my weight at 69kg till now.

In the past, I was not into running and workout and why I started was because my waistline was getting bigger and I told myself this has to stop; waist size from 44" to 32".

15 April 2022 50KM UTSG South Series

This is my first time doing Ultra run and accomplished UTSG 50KM South Series. I can see alot of effort has been put into creating the route by X-Trailblazers Singapore Trail Running

The route is very unconventional from the usual route I have taken, so much effort has been put into ensuring its as close to Trail as possible unless safety has been compromise. There are so many spots I have never run past before.

Trail and Road running is so much different; Trail run is more exciting while road run is more pacing oriented. Trail run involves different terrains; rocky, muddy, elevation and obstacles. And its a combination of run and hike. Requires more legs, body and mental strength.

I am shock to see there are support crews supplying drinks and foods. Cramp gel & lotion, and ice pack are also available if we need to. They volunteered and drove to various pit stops ahead of us to encourage and motivate us. Thank you so much.

Thank you X-Trailblazers for making our run an unforgettable and memorable one.

I am working towards my goal of 100 milers (167KM) by 2022 year end. New goal for 2023 year end will be 200 milers.
