The initiative aligns with broader public health efforts to raise awareness of preventive mental wellness practices that are accessible, inclusive and community centered.

Studio 330, Richard and his team together with Yoga Facilitator, Nuch, will present an integrated session combining mindful yoga and therapeutic sound resonance.

This collaborative program is designed to support individuals in managing stress, restoring balance, and cultivating inner calm.

Through guided movement, breath awareness, and sound frequency immersion, participants will experience evidence-informed approaches that activate the parasympathetic nervous system, regulate emotional states, and promote overall wellbeing.

This initiative aligns with broader public health efforts to raise awareness of preventive mental wellness practices that are accessible, inclusive, and community-centered.

We warmly invite members of the public, community partners, and organizations to join us in this purposeful collaboration. Together, we can foster greater awareness, resilience, and collective.

A Safe and Nurturing Sound Healing Sanctuary for Expecting Mothers.

At our sound healing studio we intentionally create a space where expecting mothers feel safe supported and deeply at ease. Every detail of the environment is thoughtfully designed to honor the delicate and sacred journey of pregnancy.

Our studio offers a calm private and nurturing setting with comfortable resting arrangements gentle lighting and a peaceful atmosphere that allows the body to fully relax. Sessions are guided slowly and mindfully ensuring the mother feels supported physically emotionally and energetically throughout the experience.

For pregnancy sessions we carefully curate smoothing binaural sound frequencies that are soft stable and grounding. These frequencies support nervous system regulation emotional balance and deep relaxation without overstimulation.

The gentle sound waves help the mother release tension anxiety and fatigue while encouraging a sense of safety and inner calm.

As the mother relaxes her breath softens and her qi flow naturally regulates. This harmonious flow supports circulation grounding and emotional stability creating a soothing internal environment that the baby can sense and benefit from.

Many mothers share that their babies respond with calm movements and restful presence during and after the session.

Sound healing during pregnancy supports bonding intuitive connection and a deeper awareness between mother and infant. When the mother is calm regulated and present the baby receives this state as safety nourishment and comfort.

We are deeply grateful for the trust expecting mothers and families have placed in us throughout the year. It is an honor to hold space for this beautiful chapter of life and to walk alongside you with care intention and respect.
