"I started doing low carb intermittent fasting (lcif) diet last Nov. 2020, that time I was doing two meals a day because I cannot control my hunger and cravings and I work out 5-6 days a week.

January 2021 - I started drinking Vibrant Coffee and it helped me with my hunger pangs, I don't get hungry easily and I can do a once a day meal, with that I further lose weight even if I seldom do workouts.
The coffee will help you with detoxifying your body and controlling your hunger but it doesn't work alone you also have to cut down on food especially carbs if you want to see fast results. 😊"
