The Overhead Press is a very commonly known and used upper body exercise in athletic strength training.
What most people didn’t know is that we have been doing it in a way that limits transfer of the upper body strength gained via this golden exercise.

2. How’s the load distribution on your feet?
- Fore/Rear/Outside/Inside ?
3. Do you feel relaxedly strong with the load over your head?
- Can you talk with the load overhead?
