Bismillah.
This is the type of challenges I myself face. It is not easy to move but it's also not easy to stay where we are. Sometimes sharing with someone trusted or just having that motivation from someone might spark that fire again. It's ok to fall, just get back up again.

Bismillah.
We are where we are for a reason. But that does not mean we become stagnant. Don't be afraid to be different if it means moving on the straight path. Success is a lonely path filled with alot of sideliners.

Bismillah.
Don't be afraid to do good things nor share nor try to help motivate others to do good due to fear of the al 'ayn (evil eye). Always rectify our intentions and stay far away from arrogance and looking down on others.

Bismillah.
In both Deen and fitness, we have to make an effort and work for it. You can’t just wish and dream for it. Make du'a and then put in the best effort that you can. It's now or never. But don't wait too long as tomorrow might not come.

Bismillah.
Doing the right thing can be a lonely path but remember that you're never alone. Be it in Deen and Fitness, when you're trying to do the right thing, it's usually strange to everyone else. Pray on time, no music, no smoking, no alcohol etc when everyone around you are doing the exact opposite. Same like fitness. Working out, proper diet, priorities health etc while the whole world is munching their health away with a full stomach yet an empty heart. Do not be afraid to stand out doing the right thing. Be afraid when you're like everyone else whom you don't want to be like.

Bismillah.
Do it because you have to and it's good for you. Don't wait for the right time as the right time is now. Don't wait for motivation as discipline is your main drive.

Bismillah.
If you want to quit a bad habit/sin, you can’t hang out with people who are doing the wrong still. If you want to start doing good habits/deeds, you need to hang with people who do those things. If you can’t change yourself, change your environment and the people around you. Stop standing on the same spot pointing fingers and not doing anything about it.
Baarakallahu feekum.

Bismillah.
But in the fitness journey, it's not always about the ending. What you do to build and sculp yourself into a better version of you daily is the greatest reward. It's not just the physical gain but more of a mental and psychological gain.

Do the things that you want to become. Get comfortable in beneficial discomfort. Like Mike Tyson said: Do the things that you hate like you love it. Discipline

Bismillah. Know your limits to exceed your limits. Learn to embrace your current capability and slowly build up from there. Don't try to jump to another level just to try to look good or be cool with the trend. Ego lifting doesn't exist only in the gym. You can mask it in the gym but it gets exposed in calisthenics.

So don't be afraid to start from basic or retract to an easier version before advancing forward. For an example, if your muscle ups are still chicken winging or still doing excessive swinging and kip ups, then retract to an easier version where you can do an actual proper form. Either by using a jumping supported version or using bands to support. No shame in doing so. No use training improperly and in the end develop an improper final product. Or worse, you are not even training your body properly. Aesthetics is not the only end game.

Please, in whatever aspects like religion, fitness, work, life etc, start doing small things, in proper form and in consistency. Don't just aim to hit big but in the end it's for a wrong intention, can cause a negative after effect or ultimately be redundant/not productive at all. Never be ashamed of small steps and going back to strengthen previous steps/foundation. Baarakallahu feekum.
