Living in this fast paced world can be exciting and challenging. I believe that we should not only share our joyous and prosperous journey but recognize our challenging times. When times get challenging, having a hand to help you through the journey enhances an individuals life. I am here to offer my hand to lead you through your healing journey.

Being able to show empathy and respect to yourself is the first step to loving yourself. I believe every individual has the ability in their unconscious self to listen to themselves with great empathy. I have helped my clients to understand themselves better in order to empathize, be kind and find strength within themselves.

"Help! I'm an imposter"

Come join us if you've been harboring a sense of imposter syndrome, whether at your job, studies, relationships or even in life... It's a lot of anxiety to deal on our own - the feeling that people might "finally" see through us, or that we'll somehow be discovered for the imposter we are.

About OHC:

This is monthly 1.5 hour online event where we will come together to share in a topic close to our hearts.

Our facilitators will help to establish safe space guidelines, including confidentiality, empathy and kindness, so we can all have this time to be open and true to our hearts.

Each 40-min session is free, always.

Otherwise come down to one of our mental health events or Circles and be part of a community.

Here, we prioritise creating a safe space so everyone can share their experiences, vulnerably and authentically too.

And if you'd like to start your counselling journey with us, you can speak to one of our counsellors-in-training at $20 per session online / $30 at our centre in Bishan :)

Everyone that steps into the counselling room is a unique and distinct individual with their own story to tell.

Mikail wishes to create a safe space with you, to journey with you and grasp what it's like to be you.

He utilises both a person-centred approach and a solution-focused approach in my sessions. Depending on your needs, Mikail will tailor the techniques that best suit your situation.

Having been to counselling himself, he knows what it is like to try and seek help. It can be uncomfortable and even a bit scary taking the first step.

He hopes that you have the courage to give yourself the chance to start a conversation and he looks forward to meeting you.

This support circle is for family members, partners, friends, co-workers and others in the community who have someone in their life struggling with mental health conditions.

๐‘ซ๐’ ๐’š๐’๐’– ๐’†๐’™๐’‘๐’†๐’“๐’Š๐’†๐’๐’„๐’† ๐’•๐’‰๐’Š๐’”?

Seeing someone important to us battle depression, anxiety, schizophrenia or a personality disorder often leaves us feeling lost and exhausted, despite our best efforts to help and stay connected.

It may be difficult to deal with mixed emotions, where love, fear, sadness, frustration, guilt and hope show up all at once.

We wish we could talk to someone. At the same time, we worry if our feelings will be understood when we speak about how things really are from our perspective.

Maybe we find ourselves wondering what is lost because of this situation; maybe weโ€™re wondering where we are, and our needs when it comes to supporting others? As much as we care for those who are in need, caring for ourselves is equally important.
