I have always thought that if I want to lose weight, I must eat salad all day, everyday😅 Who had that thought too...?🙋🏻♀️
But boy... I was wrong.😁
These are lunches I had without salad that helped me lose 17kg:
1. Healthy Nasi Lemak
2. Tofu burger
3. Quinoa & Grilled Chicken
4. Spaghetti bolognese
5. Asian Poke Bowl
6. Aglio Olio
7. Rice & seafood
8. Kimchi Jigae
Of cos there are days I eat salad too as there are benefits to eating salad such as lower calories but I couldn't eat salad all day everyday. So boring.
