Be Healthy One Step One Time I coach professional ladies who don't like to exercise/have time to exercise and however decided to I was suffering from a UTI and a weak left knee.

During my prime age, I was wearing a size XS top and S bottom. One day, I realized that my hubby started calling me “elephant” after giving birth to 3 children. My clothing size was then L for the top and XL or XXL for the bottom. In addition, I was always tired. My visceral fat level was at 9.5 with my body age being 1 year older than my actual age. The worst trigger was during CNY 2019 when an e

lderly relative told me very seriously that I was fat. I tried dieting, slimming programs, and slimming shakes. However, I failed even after spending thousands of dollars. I started my health transformation program in March 2019. Within 3 months, I lost 10 kg, 2 dress sizes, and 7.5 visceral fat levels. My body age is now 10 years younger than my actual age and I am no longer troubled by my health issues anymore. When I started my health transformation journey in March 2019, my focus was on my physical health. However, as my physical health started to improve, my mind also started to clear up. I have realized that I have been working on my mental and emotional well-being. It is only when I worked working on my physical health that the other 2 states started to show drastic improvements. I decided to pay it forward by becoming a lifestyle coach and guiding others to achieve a wholesome health transformation – physically, mentally & emotionally.

Death ☠️ stare & “stop eating 4 servings of fruits 🍉 at one go if you want to lose weight!”

Warning ⚠️ from my daughter who is a dietitian to be as she goes through my food intake for the day “and increase your protein intake!”

A lot of people would not think that eating too much fruits 🍎 will cause weight gain however this is not true and I am a good example.

I seldom eat processed/fast food, oily/fried food and reduce my sugar intake e.g. seldom eat sweets & chocolate. Even my yogurt is natural (with no sugar) however I would add in fruits 🍌 and sometimes up to 4 servings at 1 go. I am slowly putting on weight.

How many servings of fruits 🍎 do you eat per day? Per serving?

a. Seek information from the most recent date.

d. Watch for such red flag words such as miracle cure, purify, and detoxify.
