In collaboration with Life Craft, Nisa Hope Network had the opportunity to participate in a gift-centered mentoring programme for youth, conducted by Yayasan Mendaki and NTUC LearningHub.

This initiative aims to equip our Nisa Hope Ladies with the skills and knowledge to become mentors under the Mentoring for Youth programme. Through this, they will be empowered to support young individuals in achieving their goals, discovering their purpose in life, raising self-awareness, and ultimately giving back to the community.

Hypno art therapy is a combined therapeutic approach that uses both hypnosis and art to facilitate self-discovery, emotional release, and healing by accessing and processing the subconscious mind.. Guided by Ustz Laila , hypnosis helps individuals enter a receptive state, while forming clay painting provide a non-verbal means to express and explore difficult emotions and past experiences. This holistic process allows individuals to gain insights, overcome personal challenges, and foster greater emotional intelligence and connection with themselves.
