Is it time to drop to one nap? 😴
If your baby is suddenly fighting naps, waking up way too early, or bedtime feels like a circus act - they might be ready to transition from 2 naps to 1.

But how do you know for sure it’s not just a phase?

Here are some signs your little one might be ready:
✔️ Taking forever to fall asleep for one or both naps
✔️ Skipping one nap completely (even when you try!)
✔️ Bedtime is getting pushed later and later
✔️ They’re 13-18 months old (but age isn’t everything!)

This transition can be tricky, but with the right timing and a little support, it doesn’t have to be a hot mess.
