Being healthy involves not just keeping your nutrition on point, but also your mental well-being checked. The definition of "total health' refers to a complete mental and social well-being, rather than just having the complete physical aspect.

To enjoy overall good health with family, it's therefore important to achieve a good balance of all other areas, especially mental well-being, given that those with mental health issues die about 20 years earlier than the general population.

However during this pandemic period, more people seem to feel more alone as they transit to working remotely at home with the effort to mitigate further widespread of the virus. According to a survey done by the American psychiatric Association, it’s reported that more and more employers are becoming more accommodating to their employees’ mental well-being due to the drawbacks that remote work poses! Relationships with family have also therefore been taken a toll.
