Carb - the base was versatle poha with different toppings (office rush)

I added sprouted fenugreek and fresh coriander for flavorful start of the day. Peanut for protein

Lunch poha topped with spicy crunchy madras mixture and karela on the side almonds for protein

Evening poha with sauteed veggies, hummus with urad dhal ( black lentil) and soaked Almonds for protein criapy roasted chapathi slices for nibbling.

Two tiny alices of choclate and 2 thattai and black coffee was additional treats. Cucumber and guava for fillers. Dinner at 8

Shri Ganesh to my next fitness drive

I am planning to share my guilt free exotic menu to lose 10% body weight. It will 3 meal a day in this page.

I started by making a smooth sabudana milk and raisin with saffron and elaichi offered to my favorite Nardhana Ganesha.

Soak and boil 1 handful of sabudana with 1 glass of water and raisins once transparent add half glass milk add cardamom and saffron.

Ganesh is dancing but we atleast try to move for 10 mins inside the house
