Mindfulness is about being present in the moment. Puzzles are a wonderful way of being mindful. It nourishes and relaxes your mind and intellect. I love to solve puzzles as and when possible!

On that note, just finished this 500 piece Batman puzzle. Batman is my children's favourite character😊
