Sleep is incredibly important for overall health and well-being. It is a vital physiological process that allows the body to rest, rejuvenate, and restore itself.

It is important to prioritize good sleep hygiene habits and aim for the recommended 7-9 hours of sleep for adults, as individual sleep needs may vary. By making sleep a priority, you can significantly contribute to your overall health and well-being.

If you have no time to prep healthy meals, at least make healthier choices when eating out. If you have no time or energy to exercise, at least walk or stretch more. To my friends who haven't been successful yet, there is always an East meets West route towards your pregnancy goal. I have never been against IVF and sometimes it's warranted for various reasons. Virtus is always one of my recommendations and I'm very happy that both the fertility doctor and embryologist are so open to TCM and holistic health. One might think it's expensive, but it's because they are transparent upfront, without any add ons. The lab is also one of the most stringent I've seen.

In some rare cases, endometriosis can spread beyond the pelvic organs.
👉🏼Like endometrial tissue, these lesions may thicken and bleed during the monthly menstrual cycle, which can cause swelling and pain, as the tissue has no way to leave the body and irritates the healthy tissue around it.

Women with endometriosis may also have bands of fibrous scar tissue inside the body called adhesions.
