𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 & 𝐃𝐢𝐞𝐭 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲
𝑭𝒍𝒖 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝑫𝒆𝒕𝒐𝒙
After return from the Jakarta work trip, I've had a flu with fever, runny/stuck nose & some cough (01-06 Oct) - I think this was my 2nd time having a fever since my cancer diagnosis (September 2023).
I thank the Lord for the recovery from it 🙌 & I was on a 3-day detox program because of the medication taken for the flu whilst preparing for the screening (blood test + CT Scan) to be done on 10 Oct 2025.
This was my 1st time rendering a proper detox - it was however mild with basic nourishment & not forceful cleansing. Passing of motion was rather normal during the 3 days except having some watery discretions on 10/10 - which I think it was rather effective.

𝟯-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗼𝘅 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺
𝘿𝙖𝙮 1 – 𝙁𝙡𝙪𝙨𝙝 & 𝘾𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙚
𝘔𝘰𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨
• Warm lemon-ginger water (small cup)
• 1 teaspoon (tsp) ground flaxseed in warm water
𝘉𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘵
• Papaya puree with 1 tsp soaked chia seeds
𝘓𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘩
• Pumpkin + carrot soup with garlic & onion (all well-cooked, blended if needed)
• Steamed spinach (softened) + quinoa (small portion)
𝘈𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘰𝘰𝘯
• Chrysanthemum + goji tea
• Few pumpkin seeds (chewed well)
𝘋𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳
• Beetroot + carrot puree (soft)
• Steamed bok choy with ginger
𝘕𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵
• Chamomile tea
• Deep breathing exercise
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮 – 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 & 𝗧𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗲
𝘔𝘰𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨
• Warm turmeric-ginger water (a pinch of black pepper)
• Colon Flush: soaked chia seeds
𝘉𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘵
• Soft oatmeal with flaxseed, topped with mashed kiwi
𝘓𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘩
• Lentil stew (well-cooked, no raw spice chunks)
• Steamed broccoli (soft, chopped small)
𝘈𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘰𝘰𝘯
• Steamed pear with honey
• Few pumpkin seeds
𝘋𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳
• Sweet potato mash (soft)
• Stir-fried kale + shiitake (well-cooked)
𝘕𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵
• Ginger tea
• Gentle stretching, breathing
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟯 – 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 & 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗲
𝘔𝘰𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨
• Warm lemon-parsley water
• Colon Flush: 1 tsp flaxseed in warm water
𝘉𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘵
• Pomegranate + celery juice → strain & lightly warm to protect digestion
𝘓𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘩
• Millet porridge with carrot + spinach
• Steamed bitter gourd + onion (if bitter taste is too much, skip)
𝘈𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘰𝘰𝘯
• Dandelion or chrysanthemum tea
• Papaya slices (soft)

• Quinoa + tofu + spinach + tomato (all cooked)
• Beet-carrot-apple juice → lightly warm, strained

• Chamomile/chrysanthemum tea
• Relaxation breathing
