My Untold Story (This Dance is Mine) - Release 29th August

This is the most personal track I have ever released. It carries my raw, unfiltered truth — that day when I almost gave in to the darkest depths of my own mind.

Speaking it aloud, setting it to music, and releasing it into the world is my way of breaking the silence and dismantling the shame that surrounds struggles with mental health and su***de.

This track is not about me. It’s about anyone who has ever felt invisible, unheard, or alone.

My intention is simple: if these words, woven with rhythm and heart, can reach even one person in their darkest hour and remind them to hold on, then it is worth it.

September is Su***de Prevention Month. I decided to produce this track and reveal my deepest secret after witnessing the rise in su***de-related news in Singapore — from schoolchildren weighed down by pressures, to the sudden loss of a vibrant F&B entrepreneur.

These fragile moments reminded me: life is worth holding onto. And there is a way I can contribute.

I struggled with the decision to make this single. Vulnerable as it feels, I am going forward with the faith that courage is contagious.

By sharing my untold story, I hope to spark conversations that remind us we do not need to suffer in silence, you are not alone.

The dance is mine, yes — but it is also ours, a dance of survival, resilience, and choosing life, again and again.

If you listen, may it give you strength. May it whisper that you are not alone. May you send it to someone who needs that support too.
