2024年对我来说是非凡的一年，充满了喜悦与挑战。但最让我激动的莫过于在10月，亲赴课堂向威廉·李·兰德（William Lee Rand，威廉 李 兰德）大师学习！作为臼井圣火灵气和卡鲁那灵气的创始人，威廉大师是全球灵气领域的权威，他的课程让我不仅学到了更高层次的灵气知识，更深刻领悟到传承与专业的重要性。
🌟 学习成果
通过系统学习，我成功取得了**美国国际灵气训练中心（ICRT）**颁发的两项权威认证：
1️⃣ 臼井/圣火 Ⅲ 灵气 师父阶
2️⃣ 圣火 Ⅲ 卡鲁那灵气（慈悲灵气）师父阶
让我更为欣喜的是，2025年即将推出的全新实体/线上灵气课程，同样将获得ICRT的官方授权支持。完成课程的学员不仅能够掌握灵气的核心知识和实用技巧，还可获得ICRT颁发的专业认证证书，这将是你灵气学习之路的重要里程碑！

I must apologize for neglecting my page while I focused on deepening my Reiki practice, enhancing my applications, and experimenting with healing techniques. Thank you for your patience! ❤️
2024 has been an extraordinary year for me, filled with joys and challenges. The highlight of the year was finally attending a class in October with William Lee Rand, the founder of Usui Holy Fire Reiki and Karuna Reiki! 💫 William is a globally recognized authority in Reiki, and learning directly from him was an unparalleled experience. His teachings gave me a deeper understanding of advanced Reiki techniques and reinforced the importance of lineage and professionalism in Reiki practice.
🌟 Achievements
Through this enriching journey, I was proud to earn two prestigious certifications from the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT):
1️⃣ Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Master Teacher
2️⃣ Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher
What excites me even more is that my upcoming in-person and online Reiki courses in 2025 will also be officially supported by ICRT. Upon completing the courses, students will not only gain a comprehensive understanding of Reiki techniques but also receive an ICRT-recognized professional certificate, marking a significant milestone on their Reiki journey.

I firmly believe that everyone can learn Reiki! With authentic knowledge and proper application, Reiki can bring healing and energetic balance to people, animals, and even plants around us. ✨ My goal is to provide clear, practical guidance to ensure every student not only masters Reiki but also applies it effectively in their lives, spreading the love and healing power to those in need.
