9D Breathwork is a multi-sensory experience of sound, frequencies and messages wearing headphones, for a fully immersive experience of somatic breathwork and hypnosis for deep emotional healing , mental well-being, sub conscious reprogramming and self-discovery.

Resting was something I used to see as a weakness, and I would judge myself for slowing down. I thought I had to care for and please others to prove my self-worth, striving for perfection in everything I did. My overthinking mind meant disrupted sleep, leading to anxiety, exhaustion, overwhelm, body pain, and a feeling of losing control.

But one day, I was forced to stop...to surrender.

Perimenopause and menopause made me feel like I was headed down the path of early-onset dementia! Unwinding and bringing ease to my body, peace to my mind, and nourishment to my soul became a necessity.

I finally felt safe, secure, and supported, and it created space for healing, releasing pain, and the many layers of exhaustion, sadness, and years of emotional frustration from denying my own desires.

It reignited my passion and purpose, bringing clarity, confidence, and a sense of vitality as I became true to myself.

Slowing down, pausing, and embodying these Deep Rest practices have become a way of life, particularly as I navigate my way through perimenopause, menopause, and these challenging times.

I’ve learned from the experts and now I share the POWER of Deep Rest to support women on their journey to balance and vitality. Join me in this journey towards deep rest, and let's reclaim our lives!
