PERSAKA was officially established on August 13, 1984 at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia,Jalan Semarak, Kuala Lumpur. It is an academic association whose membership is compulsory for all students of the Faculty of Computing (FC). The first leadership of this association was led by the brother of Muhammad Shafie b. Abdul Latif.

= Motto =
Towards producing creative and holistic person.

= Objective =
- To look after their welfare especially in academics so as to produce individuals who value themselves and existing knowledge to give back to the community, religion, race and nation.
- Be a conduit for information to the members on the progress of computer technology further equip members in the field of computer to face the challenges ahead.
- Strengthening the relationship between the membership of the PERSAKA so that PERSAKA will have a strong base.

PERSAKA serves as the official student body of the Faculty of Computing, UTM, dedicated to student welfare and fostering communication between students and faculty management. While all Computing students are members, serving as an EXCO Committee member offers additional co-curricular points, valuable experience in event management, opportunities to engage with faculty and UTM officials, and strengthens the Computing student community.

We invite all Faculty of Computing students to take part in the PERSAKA EXCO Committee Election 2025/2026!
