Teen Leadership Camps - "I want my teen to go… but they won’t."
We hear this all the time. And we get it!
Teenagers aren’t exactly jumping at the chance to attend a leadership camp during their holidays. They’ll tell you they’re tired, not interested, or just “not that kind of person.”
But here’s what we’ve seen - again and again:
They come in quiet. A little sceptical.
By morning break, they’ve warmed up. It's actually quite fun, they are learning and enjoying their day too!
By Day 2, they’re leading group challenges, cheering others on, and actually enjoying themselves.
By the end of the week? They’ve grown. They’re proud. And they’ve found a part of themselves they didn’t know was there.
Why do teens love our camps - even if they didn’t want to go?
Because we don’t treat them like little kids.
We coach them through real skills - confidence, communication, collaboration, leadership — but in a way that’s fun, real, and relevant.
No lectures. No pressure.
Just a safe space to:
- Find their voice
- Challenge themselves
- Build real connections
And... grow in ways that matter
So if you're a parent sitting on the fence, here’s what we’ll say:
You don’t have to convince them.
Just bring them to us. We’ll do the rest.
They may not say thank you now…
But wait until you see who they become next.
Because at Saturday Leadership, all our kids must walk out a better, bigger person than when they walked in!
