Rehabilitation is not just about getting stronger and better, it’s about living with dignity and more.

I am writing this entry to mourn my grief and loss of the recent passing of a very dear patient I have been working with closely, for the past 2 years. I have been a physiotherapist for all of my professional life. Throughout my journey as a physiotherapist, I have had the greatest honor of serving....

As our lifespan increases, many of us live to a much older age.
‘Physiotherapists add life to years, not just years to life.’

Child birth and child-bearing changes a woman’s body immensely.
Young women need more support after starting motherhood. Support in the knowledge of what they can do for themselves after creating humans with their amazing bodies.

Most pain and discomfort mothers have are easily treatable with physiotherapy.
Call us for a physiotherapy consultation to assess your pain, at the convenience of your home.

We cannot turn back time on aging, but we can prepare our bodies to age well.

Age is unforgiving in women’s body, especially with menopause waiting for us at the golden years.

Some effects of menopause includes weight gain and slowed metabolism, sleep problems, bone and muscle mass loss.

Declined oestrogen hormones are associated with increasing your risk of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes.

Various methods and intensity of exercises have shown to combat some of these challenges of menopause to women’s bodies.

Getting our bodies back after childbirth and pregnancy can help us prepare better for aging, and menopause. Navigating our bodies back after childbirth and labour can be complex. What if we told you it can be done progressively through guided physiotherapy and rehab?

Women need more support after childbirth and motherhood, age well and gracefully.

Working out the muscle imbalances in the neck and shoulders can make life easier.
