It can also be used before exercise to enhance performance. The style of massage is relaxing and flowing however using appropriate essential oils enhances the effect. ons and skincare problems as well as many other conditions. A full medical consultation is carried out taking a holistic approach and a unique blend is created for each individual at each consultation.

Emma offers aromatherapy consultations, aromatherapy massage, head massage and pregnancy massage. Aromatherapy can be very helpful to relieve many everyday conditions such as stress, tight and uncomfortable muscles, skin conditions and digestive conditions among other things. The style of massage is relaxing and flowing using appropriate essential oils to enhance the effect. A full medical consultation is carried out taking a holistic approach and a unique blend is created for each individual at each consultation. In addition to her hands on work with clients, Emma also teaches aromatherapy classes from beginners level through to CPD classes for qualified therapists.
