As mentioned on my last post, I’m always that extra excited to provide a prenatal massage, and I’m more than happy to be doing postnatal programs too this year.

1st December marks my 23rd year as a therapist. I cannot have journeyed through these 2 decades and more without the support of others whom I’ve strive to support.

Before Facebook, Instagram and social media; my platform majorly comes from the word of mouth borne of well intention of those kind souls whom I’ve had the blessing to meet who wishes to pass on the gift of self-care and holistic healing to others. Holistic Isranfi started 14 years ago, and I was travelling to homes and hotels then and still, now.

It’s an infinite circle, this healing one. I remain humbled, in gratitude and beyond honoured to be in the business of busy-ness of hard work and importantly, heartwork.

Thank you for touching me with your presence and allowing me to gift to you my sincerest touch.
You ALL know who you are.

حجامة Hijama

I’m constantly amazed at how all my clients who have had a hijama will automatically book ahead for their subsequent sessions. I take not much credit for it - it’s their well-informed good choice based on the relief they will gain that can attest to the whole experience.

To have an accompanying massage with a hijama treatment is optimum, and it’s my personal opinion that the 2 go hand-in-hand so well as a synergistic therapy.

I provide 90min & 120min Massage & Hijama (I call it ) and there were few times a session can even stretch to 2.5 hrs too! Intensive indeed.

Benefits of hijama:
• accelerates pain relief
• increases blood supply
• detoxifies your body
• lowers blood sugar level, uric acid (gout)
• promotes better sleep

Hand Cream vs Hand Salve:

A hand cream is usually water based and due to that, it’s lightweight and good for basic usage.

A hand salve or balm is thicker and a heavyweight worker that usually contains no water. It carries heavy emollient ingredients and wonderful fatty oils to help heal cracked and dryer skin.

Organic Unbleached Beeswax used in this salve also works as a natural preservative.

This customised salve is requested for a sister whose hands have been under the duress of constant usage of sanitisers. That means most of us too, yeah?

I prepared a smaller jar so that it’s convenient to bring in her bag and promises better hygienic use too. Just scoop from big jar and tapao!

May this heal those healing hands of hers.

I’m grateful to be given the trust to create these blends for a mother-daughter pair and their wonderful loving family that I’ve known for years now.

I took a couple of days to read on as much medical researches available about essential oils and Covid. Although there isn’t any absolute essential oil “cure”, there are definitely those that are useful to the physical and emotional symptoms that comes with the virus. I dare not make any medical claims, it’s a shared responsibility to practice to which I personally tasked upon myself to read, read and read. Scour and pore over the ever ongoing studies that bridges essential oils to this pandemic. Or shall I say, endemic?

So what does a massage & hijama therapist needs? A massage & hijama, of course!
Thank you Bro Herman of Massage and Cupping Specialist]] for arranging rescue for me that I badly needed and Sis Zannie for being the therapist’s therapist! I woke up feeling high, almost spinning like a helicopter and now rejuvenated with almost 10 hours of sleep. Alhamdulillah.
I’ve learned that Massage and Cupping Specialist]] is also a wonderful platform for therapists and I admire their work for the community. May they prosper bountifully and gain success in dunia and akhirah. Aamin.

Today’s treatment was out at what to me; the farthest tip in Choa Chu Kang. Because I didn’t know it was this far out, I almost felt I needed the dusty passport with me!😂
Alhamdulillah, 2nd treatment has been made in advance for this frontline hero and I’m honoured to serve her. May all frontline heroes be treated well with respect, like how they’ve treated others with utmost dedication especially in this era of pandemic. Aamin.

Letting your nourished & radiant skin do the talking is not an impossible task!
Sis Wanna had her very 1st facial and only glad to do the honour to pamper her skin for a good 90mins.
She was treated to not 1, but 2 masks blended for her skin’s needs and pampered with a siesta-inducing acupressure facial massage, before finishing off with the skin food that she needs.
