For some, that's an everyday reality. As we shared previously, BPPV disrupts the vestibular system, making even simple movements like turning your head or getting out of bed trigger intense dizziness.

Here, our Principal Physiotherapist and Vestibular Rehab Specialist, Haiting demonstrates the Epley Maneuver (right-sided BPPV), a proven technique to reposition the crystals in your inner ear and stop the spinning at its source.

📌 Note: The side matters! Left-sided vertigo requires the maneuver to be performed on the left side instead which is why a proper assessment is so important.

Sounds correct. But it’s one of the biggest reasons people feel stiff and uncomfortable by the end of the day. Because once you believe that, you stop moving.

Your body isn’t built to stay in one position. Even the “right” posture, held for too long, turns into stress.

Discomfort isn’t from slouching alone. It’s from staying still.
