Hello happy yogis, It’s Loli here! Let me share something personal with you. 🌟

When I first started practicing yoga, I thought it was all about being flexible - reaching farther, bending deeper, and hitting those picture perfect poses. But that mindset? It left me burned out, frustrated, and honestly... doubting myself.

It took me time (and a few classes) to realize that yoga isn't just about flexibility - it's about endurance. πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ Endurance to hold a pose when your body feels like giving up, and endurance to take a deep breath when your mind is screaming "I can't do this.

That's why I created the Super Spine Workshop. I don't want you to go through the same struggle I did. I want to guide you to build strength, patience, and resilience-not just in your yoga practice, but in your life. πŸ’ͺ

Namaste Without The Wobbles! ‍♀️

Here are some tips to help you during the balancing series in Yoga.

1. Breathe deep: ️ Breathing is key in yoga, and even more so in balancing poses. Inhale deeply expanding your abdomen and exhale slowly controlling your movement. You'll be like a tree standing firm against the storm!

2. Focus your gaze: Forget about the walls and your wobbly classmates. Set your sights on a point in front of you, like a hawk hunting its prey. Your balance will be as sharp as its aim!

3. Engage your core: Your power center is your ally! Contract your abdomen and glutes like you're about to do the robot dance. You'll feel like an immovable Eiffel Tower!

4. Distribute your weight: βš–οΈ Don't just lean on one leg. Spread your weight evenly between both limbs, like a circus tightrope walker. You'll be surprised at how stable you can be!

5. Practice, practice, practice: ‍The key to success in yoga, as in life, is consistency. Don't get discouraged if you wobble a bit at first. Keep practicing and you'll see how you gradually master the balancing poses. You'll be like a ballet dancer on a tightrope!

Remember: The most important thing is to have fun and enjoy the process! Laugh if you wobble, breathe and enjoy the benefits of Bikram Yoga. ‍
