2️⃣5️⃣ Things I’ve Learned in 2️⃣5️⃣ Years as a Chiropractor ✨
1. Movement is life — without it, the body begins to break down.
2. Strength training, cardio and mobility/stretching ALL matter. Balance is 🔑
3. Health is not the absence of pain — it’s the presence of vitality 🌀
4. Healing takes time. There are no shortcuts.
5. Consistency beats intensity. Small daily habits create long-term change.
6. Good posture is not about standing straight — it’s about moving well🤸♀️
7. Stress lives in the body. Release it, and you heal deeper.
8. Pain is a message, not the problem itself.
9. Kids benefit tremendously from chiropractic care — early habits matter.
10. Prevention is better (and cheaper) than cure.
11. Your spine is your lifeline. Protect it, and you protect your health 🛡️
12. Rest and recovery are just as important as training.
13. The nervous system controls everything — keep it free of interference
14. Hydration matters. Drink more water. 💦
15. Sitting kills. Slowly. Get up and move.
16. Food is fuel. The body cannot out-train a poor diet.
17. Healing is not linear. Progress has ups and downs. 📈
18. Mental health and physical health are inseparable.
19. Chiropractic adjustments help unlock 🔓 the body’s natural ability to heal
20. Self-care isn’t selfish. It’s survival.
21. Your daily choices shape your future health more than your genes do.🧬
22. Sleep is the foundation of recovery and performance.
23. Gratitude and positivity accelerate healing.
24. Health is not a destination — it’s a journey ✨
25. I still love what I do — and I believe the best years of chiropractic are ahead ♾️
