Natalia Rachel

Natalia Rachel Writer. Poet. Speaker. Educator. Peace and Power Above All. Her messages distill over 20 years of her own lived self-mastery.

Natalia Rachel shares her voice to begin to remedy the world’s state of hustle, trauma, disconnect, and disrespect. Her insights into the human condition and our profound need for healing, self-compassion, empathy, and human connection, inspire audiences to awaken their hearts, illuminate their patterns and step forward towards self-care and relational repair. Natalia Rachel brings an amalgamation of knowledge from years working as a therapist and clinic director with a focus on trauma & abuse recovery, as well as her own personal journey recovering from mental health misdiagnosis and physical health conditions that stemmed from childhood trauma. She is a proud recipient of the Women Icons Asia Award (emerging entrepreneur) for social impact in the domain of trauma-informed culture transformation & self-mastery education. Her desire to answer the existential questions ‘Why am I?’, ‘Why are you?’, and ‘Why are we?’, started at age 7, and later led her on an incredible journey exploring mainstream & mental healthcare, complementary health care and the spectrum of spirituality and the healing arts. Her professional career commenced in brand & consumer psychology and copywriting. Her calling card was her ability to express complex concepts in accessible and interesting ways and ignite thought and impulse in her audience. As she entered motherhood, she took time off to focus on her children’s formative years and her own personal healing journey. Embarking on a second career, Natalia chose to study as a hypnotherapist and regression therapist, and craniosacral therapist. Fascinated by the mind-body connection and the existential human experience led her to explore trauma, attachment, and somatics and develop her career as a leading voice in trauma recovery, post-traumatic growth & transformation. She also developed the modality ‘Trauma-informed Relational Somatics’ which has been adopted as an integrative tool by therapists around the world. Making her mark on the Singapore healthcare landscape, Natalia built the Soma Clinic brand as the go-to destination for clients suffering from non-diagnostic conditions or symptoms that were non-responsive to mainstream care. Her work as a Clinic Director to illuminate stress & trauma as the root cause of our personal and relational dysfunction opened conversations and avenues for care and recovery for thousands of patients and clients. She continues to place a focus on training healthcare and mental health professionals on trauma-informed care in the hope that medical and social systems will slowly develop policies that are sorely needed to break inter-generational cycles of survival, threat, and trauma. As the world was turned upside down by the Covid Pandemic, Natalia knew that a paradigm shift was required, and so Illuma Health was born. The organization seeks to ‘repair and revitalize the way we look after ourselves and each other.’ The three pillars of business include an online therapy marketplace (specific to trauma, attachment, and somatic therapy), corporate mental health & culture transformation programs, and online education & content development. Natalia believes that in this polarized world where one-to-one human service is grossly unavailable, that content is key. Natalia is personally called on to consult with the world’s leaders to create systemic change and promote personal sustainability and collective vitality. Natalia Rachel is frequently called on to speak and facilitate workshops that inspire a proactive approach to healing and a collective shift towards peace and power. All her work highlights the undoubtable link between mind, body, spirit, and relationships. Her topics include belonging, mental health, trauma & trauma-informed culture, boundaries respect & power, empathy compassion & vulnerability. All her talks blend concepts from science, psychology, interpersonal neurobiology, philosophy, and spirituality in an engaging, accessible format that includes conceptual learning, experiential process, story, self-inquiry, and self-care tool kit development. Audiences walk away feeling energized, hopeful, and empowered to walk their own path of mastery and become accountable for their social footprint. All of her work stems from a desire to support a shift from oppression and suppression, to empowerment and expression, with relationship as the cornerstone for change.

Vulnerability isn’t a performance. It’s not about “doing” it right or sharing your pain for approval.

Real vulnerability comes when there’s safety, trust, and connection to hold it. 🌱

Until then, forcing it often reopens old wounds instead of healing them.

(vulnerability, authentic connection, emotional safety, trauma healing, nervous system safety, trauma informed, relational healing, somatic work, intimacy healing, emotional growth)

Our triggers in relationships don’t all come from the present moment. Sometimes they’re old wounds replaying themselves.

Healing begins when we can pause and ask:
✨ What’s happening right now?
✨ What am I carrying from the past?

That clarity is where transformation starts. 🌱

Healing isn’t about the big breakthroughs. ✨
It’s about the small, ordinary moments that add up:
– noticing emotions
– seeing patterns
– softening into compassion
– holding healthier boundaries

These shifts aren’t flashy, but they change everything. Healing is a way of life, not a performance. ❤️‍🩹🤍

“Is it me… or is it you?”

Most of us bring a bag full of relationship junk into our connections — patterns, beliefs, nervous system responses. Until we get curious about them, we stay stuck.

Relational Somatic Re-Templating is about redrawing your relationship blueprint — and it starts with awareness. 💫

Stay till the end for details on this one-day workshop.

Relationships are where we’re shaped, where we’re wounded… and where we can heal. 🌱

So much trauma is born in neglectful connections.
And so much repair happens in safe, caring, nurturing ones.

At the heart of it, our healing is relational. Our society heals when we do.
Because relationships are the remedy. ❤️

New meditation alert!

This meditation weaves in somatics, time travel, memory and orientation process.

We live in very destabilising times where it’s easy to forget who we are, what’s important and walk with peace and grace.

I hope that this one provides a little bit of ground and perspective.

Let me know how you find it?

It’s for anyone who:
✨ Wants healthier, more authentic connections
✨ Notices old wounds showing up in the present
✨ Feels stuck in repeating patterns

If that resonates, this work might be for you. 🌱

We all get triggered. Sometimes it’s real and valid when someone disrespects us, or when an agreement gets broken.
And sometimes… it’s our past showing up in the present. Old wounds, trauma and conditioning.

One of the gifts of Relational Somatic Re-Templating is learning to notice the difference. 🌱
It invites us to ask: What’s really happening right now? And what am I bringing in from before that’s shaping this moment?

This awareness opens the door to choice, connection, and healing. ❤️

Join us in this transformative workshop and explore how to restore connection, balance, and belonging .
