High blood pressure (or hypertension) means that the force maintaining blood flow in the arteries is above the normal range. Having a high blood pressure does not mean you should be necessarily symptomatic (e.g. nervous, tense, sweating, uneasy). Even people who do not have symptoms may also have a high blood pressure.
It is an established fact that high blood pressure is among the most important risk factors for stroke, heart diseases (including heart attack), kidney failure, among others. At Moleac, we are incredibly proud to support Seacology and their ambition to protect marine life worldwide.

Seacology is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting island ecosystems and preserving local cultures around the world by engaging communities in conservation efforts.

In 2025, in the fishing village of Pitas Laut, Seacology supported several initiatives, from the protection of seven batches of terrapin eggs and the release of 199 hatchlings into the ocean, to the construction of a new bridge to ensure safe access to the nesting beach, and the implementation of a solar power system that now powers the village.

Exercising does not only reduce blood pressure, raise “good cholesterol” and help regulate insulin requirement, it also energizes you and makes you feel good. The 2008 American Physical Activity Guidelines recommend that adults should have at least 150 minutes (2.5 hours) per week of moderate intensity (e.g. brisk walking, swimming, raking, lawn mowing, dancing) or 75 minutes (1 hour and 15 minutes) per week of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity.

Make physical activity as part of your daily routines and recreational activities. If you have a medical condition, it is best to check first with your doctor about your condition before starting an exercise regimen.
