As we prepare for our big move after 15 years at Harbourfront Tower 1, we celebrate with our staff, friends and some of the people who have been so pivotal in our journey as a family medicine clinic and also in our wellness centre. There have been many ups and downs as there always will be when you run a small independent business especially here in Singapore with soaring rents, cost of goods & manpower. We have learnt much through these experiences. Most importantly, we are more determined than ever to continue to provide the sort of trustworthy, personalised, holistic healthcare the way we believe family doctors should care for their patients and their families. Those who have done the southern hemisphere 2024 flu vaccine earlier this year will not need the current flu vaccine.

Fatigue can be due to many causes such as poor quality sleep, stress, lifestyle factors, medical conditions like anaemia, nutrient deficiencies, thyroid disorders, depression, cancer, chronic illnesses & more.

It is important to see a doctor if you have prolonged fatigue that does not improve with a good night’s rest and is affecting your ability to work, care for others, do household chores or dampen enjoyment of what used to bring you joy.
