孝順父母實際上是在給自己增加福報。
Being filial to your parents is actually increasing your own blessings.
孝順父母是你自己的事，與多少個兄弟姐妹沒有關系。
Being filial to your parents is your own business, and has nothing to do with how many brothers and sisters you have.
對父母好圖的是心安理得，不要和手足比較，否則就成了偽孝。
Being good to your parents is for peace of mind, and you should not compare yourself with your siblings, otherwise it will become false filial piety
很多人不知道父母健在，說明自己的福報很大，

表面上看我們是在孝敬父母，其實是父母在給我們機會修養我們的德行，增長我們的福報.

很认同的一段话："父母的年岁大了，不要去跟他们争辩一些东西，他们的思维认知已经形成闭环，不要试图改变父母，尊重他们就好了。

在他的人生经历当中，思维模式，认知体系已经固化，你跟他争辩，就好像在根儿上去瓦解他的三观，你明知道他改不了，就让他保持原来那个状态就好了。不争是慈悲，不辩是智慧。

面对贫穷的父母，钱到为孝：
面对孤单的父母，陪伴为孝；
面对生病的父母，照顾为孝；
面对唠叨的父母，聆听为孝；
面对脾气差的父母，理解为孝。

苦日子过完了，父母却老了，尽孝要趁早，莫等黄昏时。不要和父母说难过事情，因为他帮不上你，还会因此睡不着。父母的大半生都是因你而活，请善待你的父母！"

你有没有发现，父母越来越像小孩子了。他们开始固执己见，听不进劝，还总是唠叨个不停。有时候你跟他们讲道理，他们却像没听见一样，还是按照自己的想法来。其实啊，这就是父母老了的表现。

父母活了大半辈子，经历的事情比我们多得多。他们的思维方式和认知已经根深蒂固，就像一棵老树，根系已经深深扎进土里。我们非要跟他们争辩，就像是在摇晃这棵老树，不仅动摇不了，还可能会伤到他们。

家不是讲理的地方，而是讲爱的地方，是包容的地方，是忍让的地方，是休息的地方。千万不要跟父母吵架。你吵赢了，赢的是什么？你争赢了，又有什么意义？

父母年纪大了，不要去责怪他们。他们其实也很懊恼，懊恼自己老了不能帮你，懊恼身体不好，也懊恼自己不懂互联网，不能给你更好的。其实父母的每一句唠叨，都是对我们满满的关心与不舍。只是很多时候，我们都忽略了他们的这些小心思，觉得他们很烦，甚至会因此对他们发脾气。

不要等到父母离去了，才后悔自己没有好好的珍惜过。人生最大的遗憾就是子欲养而亲不待。无论你多优秀，事业有多大的成就，对于父母来说，可能一句问候、一场陪伴，就能让他们开心满足。所以，别让金钱成为阻碍你陪伴父母的理由。

父母为我们操劳了一辈子，现在轮到我们照顾他们了。别等以后后悔，趁着现在，多回家看看，多陪陪他们。父母在、人生尚有来处：父母去、人生只剩归途。
