Good morning everyone.
I know this page hasn't been very active. I am still grateful for everyone who stayed with us.

Today marks the day that I am officially off medication for one and a half year.

I still go for my 6 monthly check at the Polyclinic to make sure my levels are within the range.

I still take a usual dose of vitaminD when I remember 😁

My weight remains the same (more)
I am hoping to see some changes in me.
