When one is fixated in the instant gratification, we don't get to be shaped by bigger cycles, moulded by forces that move in the subtle.

The illusion of accumulation and the spell of entitlement gets stripped down in the underworld.

I've just rounded up the anchoring of "Jaguar Rose" anchored between Singapura, Bali and Riviera Maya.

This medicine has brought me again to the coordinates.

The land of the sea turtles, the medicine home that I sang the hurricane song in, the transmission of the Jaguar.

The immensity of the spacial expansion, from vertical tight grids to wild horizontal.

I can sense the threshold of next as I prepare for the Equinox Retreat tomorrow on a piece of land that also gifted me a powerful transmission.

I can feel the songs that will be birthed through this portal.

" Malika, do you have something to record them?" I sat across a guardian of this grid. Seasoned by the tenacity of this land and have recently experienced a life changing transmission care taking and grieving her father.

" You are the first person that I shared this with," I am lately convinced we are merely time travellers, playing the Divine role of this Maya.

The underworld called me in my dream vision in 2016, and a decade on I am moved, placed and shown outside inside out.

Today's 7 Kawoq surrender to renewal to a trecena of Guardianship and alignment.

It was a Sunday of 2 comadres who have returned from the holy work with the ancestors to share a renewed vision. Where would we be without council, eldership and deep listening?

A decade still weaving in a student of living and dissolving.

Bringing the medicine back to the very body that birthed me
ripened me open in ways I did not anticipate.

At 43, in my Early Crone chapter,
I am meeting the Mother not only as a person
but as an archetypal force living in my body, my voice, and my lineage.

Mother is the first rhythm we ever knew.
Before language, there was pulse.
Before identity, there was the fluid womb.

Our relationship to life is coded there
in how the nervous system was held,
in how nourishment was given or withheld,
in how safe it was to feel, to sound, to exist.

The voice and the pelvis are deeply intertwined in this memory.
The pelvis holds the original imprint of creation,
while the voice carries the permission to exist within it.

When the mother field is fractured,
the pelvis tightens.
The voice suppresses.
Expression becomes cautious instead of embodied.

But when a woman re-mothers herself,
the pelvis softens,
the breath deepens,
and the voice begins to descend back into the body —
no longer performing, but rooted.

To heal the Mother archetype is not to idealise the mother.
It is to restore the inner ecology of nourishment.
To reconnect the womb, the pelvis, and the voice
as one continuous channel of life-force.

Because Mother is a continuum
personal, ancestral, and collective.
We are all here through the womb of creation.

And when the pelvis feels safe,
the voice becomes honest.
When the voice is honest,
the medicine stops leaking
and starts rooting into life.

My father raised me through sound. Not just songs but worldviews carried in melody.

Latin soul drifting through the house, rhythms that spoke of longing, migration, devotion, and survival.

My mother, through movement, taught the body what words could never fully hold. Sundays were not ordinary days.
They were living archives. Music in the air. Dance in the bones.

Without naming it, they were already shaping my ancestral constellation.
Because ancestral constellation is not only about bloodline.

It is about the emotional atmosphere that raised you. The songs that patterned your nervous system.

The movements that taught your body how to feel safe, alive, expressive.
My father’s favorite song became more than a memory. It became a rhythmic imprint. A pulse I now recognize in my drumming, in my facilitation, in the way I hold collective fields.
His love for music did not remain a hobby. It became a lineage transmission.
And in many ways, I became his legs traveling the lands his spirit loved before his body could arrive. Brasil. Argentina. Cuba. Spain.

Carrying the echo of his musical devotion across continents, living the dream encoded in sound before I even understood its depth.

This is the quiet mystery of ancestral constellations: we often live out unfinished songs of our lineage before we consciously reclaim them.

When we reject our parents entirely, we often reject parts of ourselves.

Because once we see the family field clearly,
we stop creating from exile
and begin creating from belonging.

My Morning walk gifts from the land 3 hornbill feathers 🐆🌹the wind came and I asked clear the path of old ways . .

I said hello to my tree friends and right as I acknowledge how their view will soon change with the new condominium they are building...

I saw these 3 feathers on my path

The Hornbill has been accompanying me in my journey home and has become a part of my medicine of remembrance. My maternal grandmother came from Kalimantan and my great grandpa was a jungle chief . And here I am having my morning conversation with my elemental ancestors and what a gift to experience life in this way.
