Day 1–Day 25|从100.8 → 97.3 公斤

减掉了 3.5 公斤,找回了掌控感,更重要的是:我不是在减重,我是在重启人生。

从2025年6月13日那天的100.8公斤开始,我没有立刻成为一个自律达人。

我也吃过想吃的东西,我也在Cheat Day偷尝了几口饭。
但这25天里,我做对了一件事:没有放弃。

我用一颗鸡蛋代替了蛋糕,用一杯黑咖啡替代了含糖饮料,

我从“吃什么都可以”变成“我只吃对我有利的东西”。

不是因为我有多自律,而是因为我终于知道——我要过的是怎样的生活。

今天,我站在97.3公斤。

我不再是那个一上楼就喘的我,不是那个每天说“明天开始”的我,

而是一个,已经持续25天,把理想活成日常的我。

未来还在继续,脂肪还在燃烧。

但我已经走过了最难的开始,因为我知道:我办得到。
