Closing out 2025 with a full heart 🤍

✧ 1&2: Celebrated 25 years married to my beloved riding the waves of life - many blessings, lessons & the remembering that love is both a practice and a devotion.

✧ 3: Our first full year back on Australian soil together after 5 years in Singapore. Returning to land that nourishes the soul and the nervous system - morning sunrises, ocean dips, whales passing by and winter mornings in fluffy socks (yes it does get cold here!)

✧ 4&5: A new chapter on the Coffs Coast - building community, new friendships, reconnecting with soul fam and our house filled with loved ones visiting from around the world.

✧ 6-8: More mumma moments - one daughter moved to Oz, another travelling this side of the world - pure magic.

✧ 9-12: Another year of travel and adventure - finding Nemo in Fiji waters, Bali sunrises up Mount Batur, time with loved ones in the UK and finally buying our first camper, rediscovering the simplicity of life in nature.

✧ 13&14: Opening my home studio, sharing sacred space through meditation and sound baths - holding space for deep rest, healing and connection.

✧ 15&16: Further deepening my devotion to Vedic wisdom through more study, Siddha training and teachers retreat, trusting my inner compass.

✧ 17&18: Leaning into fear - pressing ‘record’ and going live, meeting whales eye-to-eye from a kayak - choosing expansion over comfort.

✧ 19&20: Ending the year exactly where it belongs - surrounded by family, Aussie Christmas style, heart overflowing.

Here’s to 2026 - showing up as we are, doing our best and remembering that what truly matters is often found in the simplest, most ordinary moments, met with more peace, love and compassion for ourselves and one another.

With love and gratitude 💓💓

In times like these, many of us are feeling tender and unsettled. When the world feels heavy, coming together in stillness can be deeply nourishing - a way to gently settle the nervous system and restore balance.

On World Meditation Day, I’m offering a free 20-minute global meditation online via zoom. It also falls on the Solstice - a global moment of transition, marking a turning point in the Earth’s natural cycle and the gentle movement between darkness and light.

When we meditate together, something powerful happens.
♾ Our individual stillness becomes collective
♾ Our nervous systems settle
♾ The energy we generate ripples outward - supporting peace, hope and renewal for humanity as a whole

Join millions across the globe as we unite in shared presence.
No politics. No sides. Just humanity connected in the heart 🤍

🗓 Sunday 21st December 2025 online via zoom:
🕗 8am GMT
🕓 4pm SGT
🕖 7pm AEDT

All are warmly welcome to join, exactly as you are. I’ll guide the meditation, so no prior experience is needed. At the end, I’ll offer a simple mantra for world peace - you’re welcome to join in, or simply receive.

Use the link in the comments to register and the Zoom link will land in your inbox.

With loving kindness

Bondi is one of the very few places I’ve been privileged to call home - a place that feels truly magical. A community built on connection, love and light, where people from all walks of life live side by side in harmony, regardless of difference. While I no longer live there, it remains our happy place, one we return to time and time again - the spirit of community continues to shine brightly.

What happened yesterday feels incomprehensible. A gathering of the local Jewish community to celebrate Hanukkah at the beach park turned into an act of violence and tragedy that no one should ever have to witness. My deepest respect goes out to first responders, police, paramedics, Bondi lifeguards and locals who showed extraordinary courage and humanity, willing to risk their own lives to help others. Their bravery is a powerful reminder of what humanity looks like at its best.

This isn’t about taking sides - it’s about standing for humanity and a deep belief that violence has no place in our world. It is never the answer, anywhere. Every human being deserves the right to live in peace, free from fear, harm and suffering.

These are turbulent times, yet moments like this invite us to return to our shared humanity. When fear and hatred rise, there is also an opportunity to choose a different way. There is far more goodness in this world than darkness, and it reveals itself when we stand together - anchored in love, compassion, understanding and solidarity. Whatever comes next, may it deepen our empathy rather than erode it.

My heart is with the Bondi and Sydney Jewish community and with everyone affected by yesterday’s events. I have no doubt this community will meet this moment with love, strength and oneness, as it always has. Let’s look out for each other as we process this tragedy.

If you are impacted by recent events, please don’t suffer in silence. Reach out to someone you trust or seek free professional support:

✨ From one angle it looks like a crashing wave. From another it stands steady and unmoving. Perspective truly changes everything ✨

When visiting Wave Rock in WA - a magnificent natural formation shaped over millions of years - I was reminded how often life mirrors this.
Up close, our challenges can feel intense or overwhelming… but when we step back, soften our gaze and take a breath, the whole landscape begins to shift.
Sometimes it isn’t the story that needs to change - it’s the way we’re seeing it.

A softer view
A wider lens
A moment of stillness to settle the nervous system and return to ourselves.
And suddenly what once felt difficult reveals something entirely different… strength, resilience, clarity, inner wisdom… the quiet beauty that was always there.

Life is always inviting us to look again
To shift our perspective
To honour how far we’ve already travelled instead of focusing on how far we think we have to go.

Here’s to opening our hearts, expanding our perspective and remembering the deeper truth that rises when we finally give ourselves the space to truly see 🧡🧡

There comes a moment when the old version of you no longer feels like home.

We outgrow stories long before we realise we have. The beliefs we once carried for safety, the identities we shaped to belong, the patterns born from survival… they don’t always follow us into the next chapter.

There is a quiet power in releasing what no longer fits.
Not with force, not with judgement, but with compassion for the version of you who did the best she could with what she knew at the time.

Letting go isn’t losing anything.
It’s creating space for the truth of who you’re becoming.

And in that spaciousness something beautiful unfolds…
Your energy expands
Your heart softens
Your path becomes clearer
Your life begins to feel more like you.

Here’s to honouring the shedding, the softening, the opening.
Here’s to stepping into the version of yourself who has been waiting beneath the layers all along 🤍🤍

✨ World Mental Health Day ✨

Here’s me this morning - enjoying a cuppa, camping in nature, grateful for all past experiences - both gratifying and ungratifying - for shaping me into the Being I am today 🌿

Thirty years ago, I experienced a deep depression at a time when mental health was rarely spoken about. Support felt limited and stigma was strong. Thankfully we’ve come such a long way since then - there’s now more openness, understanding and tools readily available to help us heal.

For many years I carried on functioning, but it wasn’t until I learnt to meditate nearly 20 years later that I realised how disconnected I’d become from my true essence. Meditation has become my scaffolding - my non-negotiable. Twice a day I pause, turn inward and reconnect with the stillness that reminds me who I truly am - a space where clarity, calm, strength and an inner knowing resides. It’s been profoundly life-changing.

If you’re struggling right now, please know you’re not alone. Reach out, speak to someone and be gentle with yourself. Healing isn’t linear, but it’s always possible - you are so worthy of peace and happiness.

“You deserve the best.
Never feel unworthy or not justified in having the best.
I tell you this is your heritage; but you have to accept it, you have to expect it.
You have to claim it.
To do so is not demanding too much.”
– Guru Dev

Let’s keep breaking the stigma together, one open heart and honest conversation at a time.

Jai Guru Deva 🙏🏽💫💓

Sometimes the only thing standing between you and the life you long for is the story you keep telling yourself. That inner voice of ‘I’m not enough’ or ‘I can’t’ can stand in our way far more than the world ever does. The truth is, these thoughts are limiting beliefs, not reality.

You don’t need to have all the answers, just the courage to begin and take the first step. So what’s calling you forward right now? 💗

The journey is the destination 💫

What if the point was never to get there quicker, but to be fully present for every step? The journey is where the lessons, the growth and transformation live - that’s where the real beauty lies.

Let this be your reminder to slow down, breathe deeply and embrace the path you’re on - because this moment is just as meaningful as where you’re heading 🤍🤍
