Always strive to truly understand what you pursue. A lot of fitness is of the same nature – logical. However, simply getting from A to B is not what fitness is all about. Also, it is why people so easily get burned out in a fitness routine. They know it works and that it is logical, but it isn’t any fun. If you learn how to make something simple and you develop a true understanding of fitness, and all the rules and logic involved, you can start to create your own fitness.

Ans: Behind most successful fitness goals is a personal trainer. However, you may think twice having them by your side because of being expensive.

Why is that so?

Ans: Personal trainers are not only meant to teach you different exercises or workout routines. They need to know about several subjects such as risk management, nutrition, psychology, kinesiology, and more.
Also, they often prefer working with a particular niche for them to aspire excellence or acquire more credentials.
You will not just pay for their services, but also their skills and knowledge.

So many times i will hear 👂 people said “You can lead the Horse to the water but you can’t force them to drink.” As a matter of fact, you can’t force that horse to drink, but you can make them thirsty. Thirsty for knowledge, to achieve better results etc etc by continuing giving good advice and making clients want to follow it. Just my 2 cents.
